Everything began when Gino, just sixteen, arrived from Veroli, a small town in Ciociaria, to lend a hand in a neighborhood inn. A few years later, that same inn became his own. Since then, with dedication and love for the most authentic Roman cuisine, Gino and his family welcome generations of Romans, curious tourists and gourmands in search of a true, warm, human experience.
